I know DABDIG can add the episode name onto the program description to send to manrec in Tivoweb but is there any chance DABDIG could send the episode name seperate aswell and add it to the http command sent to manrec on TIVOWEB ? This is possible by sending the string &episodestr= and placing it inbetween &titlestr= and &descriptionstr= If there is no episode name to send then manrec seems to simply ignore the blank &episodestr I am considering switching to digiguide and using DABDIG for some regular recordings but I am used to having the episode names sent across. In theory ... the order of the parameters passed to manrec is not important. So you should be able to edit dabdig.ini - and modify the TiVoWebURL field to add episodestr=$EP& at the end Paul WebsterDABDig creator |

I have just noticed that dabdig is still appending the episode name onto the program description regardless of the INCLUDESERIESINTITLE=0 . Is it Digiguide adding it to the description or Dabdig and the command above is for something else ? Cheers |

The "includeseriesintitle" parameter only controls the title - it does not affect the content. In theory ... I could change DABDig to remove the first line of the DG description if it was used as the espisode title in the file name, but, for now at least, that would be a relatively low priority change unless you can come up with a compelling reason to change it.
